Vaccination & Health Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring all dogs remain current on required vaccinations and health requirements prior to participation in services.

The Ranch Dog Training LLC reserves the right to deny or discontinue services for any dog displaying signs of illness, parasites, aggression, unsafe behavior, or medical concerns.

Assumption of Risk

Dog training, daycare, boarding, transportation, and socialization activities involve inherent risks. By participating in our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks, including but not limited to:

• Dog fights or injuries

• Illness exposure

• Escapes

• Stress-related behaviors

• Property damage

• Injuries occurring during training, exercise, transportation, or group play

While we take reasonable precautions for safety, clients understand that interactions involving animals carry unpredictable risks.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Ranch Dog Training LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, trainers, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of our services or website.

Clients agree that participation in services is at their own risk.

In no event shall Company liability exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Training Results Disclaimer

Dog training results vary based on numerous factors, including consistency, environment, owner participation, genetics, health, and behavior history.

The Ranch Dog Training LLC does not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes, training results, or timelines.

Clients acknowledge that ongoing maintenance and follow-through are critical to long-term success.

Payments & Refunds

Payment terms may vary depending on the service provided.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Payments are non-refundable

• Deposits reserve scheduling and staffing availability

• Missed appointments may be subject to cancellation fees

• Boarding, daycare, and training packages may expire

• Returned or disputed payments may incur additional fees

The Ranch Dog Training LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services for unpaid balances.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary by service type.

We request reasonable notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited deposits, session loss, or cancellation fees.

Emergency Veterinary Care

If a dog becomes ill or injured while in our care, we may seek veterinary treatment at our discretion if we believe it is necessary for the dog’s health or safety.

Clients authorize The Ranch Dog Training LLC to obtain emergency veterinary care when necessary and agree to be financially responsible for associated costs.

Media Release

Clients grant The Ranch Dog Training LLC permission to photograph, record, and use images or videos of their dogs for marketing, advertising, educational, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Website Use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

• Copy or reproduce website content without permission

• Submit false or misleading information

• Interfere with website functionality or security
